used this company for 2 years and didnt have an issue until recently. They picked up my sons instruments which was in playing condition and they only reason they were picking it up was to do a cleaning on it. Well they repair guy Andy call and stated my sons instrument was severely damaged and was unplayable which goes against what my child and his teacher both stated. Now they are refusing to fix it. So now we have a damaged unplayable instrument cause by their employees and they are refusing to take responsibility. We are taking further action. Oh did I mention that Andy gave different information to me and what he wrote in is estimate. so the lies continue and now we are left with an instrument that cant be played.
Wonderful service here, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I buy most of my music supplies here.
Horrible service!! They had my daughter's clarinet for a month and a half. I called every week and they always said it would be done Monday but never was. Original quote was $250 and changed each time I called. Ended up costing $350. I will NEVER do business with them again.
