Came in with my colleagues for a quick lunch today. Was charged 11.75 for a half 1/2-sandwich and a cup of soup--the same amount as my colleagues who got a whole sandwich and a bowl of soup. Was not clarified when ordering that I would be charged the same price. Then, person who took my payment told me it was the same amount of food. Really? I'm an educated adult. Do you really think I will just be blindly accepting of that flippant response? Hmmm... Would you?
I love this place! Got my corsage for prom here and it was beautiful! The food is absolutely delicious as well! Fast and friendly service!!
I have family in the Creston area although I live out of state. I have called on and relied on Kelly's Flowers for 30 years for funerals, holidays, gifts and special "thinking of you" occasions. Her food baskets are wonderful, the greenhouse is filled with healthy plants, the floral arrangements generous and beautiful. Deliveries are timely and the staff is courteous. Thank you Kelly's!

Respectfully,
Great food. Awesome service. My sandwich was made with the highest quality ingredients and freshly prepared. Been there many times never been disappointed. Thanks Jacqueline and crew.
Honestly, if they are the same, then why have those different options for customers if you're going to charge the same price, especially since it is not the same amount of food. Example: You do flowers as well, right? A half-bouquet is not a whole bouquet. A half-pizza is not a whole pizza. A half sandwich is NOT a whole sandwich. And, so on. If your cups and bowls hold the same amount of soup served from your ladle (as I had it explained to me), that isn't your customers' choice, but yours. Buy bigger bowls? Buy smaller cups? Only offer one size? So many other things you could do that make good business--and more importantly good service sense. Instead, your customers are expected to pay the same price even if it is on menu as a different size, and unless they pay attention, would pay and leave not knowing the difference. Not cool.
Thanks for considering.
First visit, and...last visit. Won't be back--for several reasons besides this rudeness.
3. I've already explained my ticket issues. :(
1. Got seated at a teeter-totter table that my group ultimately had to fix with sugar packets. We weren't even offered another seat. Server made one attempt to fix with some wood shivs, and then left it as it was: A wobbly mess. Ended up with hot tea on my pants and leg as a result.
I made this clear at the register, but clerk charged me the same price anyway. Then, she looked me in the eye and asked me: "Should we fix that?" Again...really? Yes, of course you should fix it. How about we start now by offering the customer 1/2 off their meal and all the others in the place that were given the same raw deal? Good grief.
My Dad wanted to order flowers for.his wife for Valentine's Day. He must have been misdialing the number for Kelly's Flowers that I provided him with and was growing frustrated. I called them and explained the situation and that I lived quite a ways away or I'd be of more help for him, she offered to call my Dad to take his order. Such friendly people. Makes my heart happy that my Dad was able to get this done, thanks to the caring and understanding staff!
Will copy this email as a review online. People should know what they're getting (or not getting) at your business. Disappointed is putting it mildly. You can and should do better, and for future customers' sake, I hope you do. If not, they can get more and better for their money elsewhere.
2. Sandwiches all had Kraft singles as "cheese." That is not cheese. Kraft singles are various hydrogenated oils, corn starch, artificial colors, and binders in wrapped in cellophane. Kids love them. Grown-ups should know better. Real, quality whole foods would explain your prices ($9.00 for a sandwich?) but not processed ingredients. I can get that at McDonald's, but I don't go there either. I prefer to support small privately-owned businesses with good business sense. Which leads me to...
