J & J never returned a quote on items we needed fixed in our home. They came to our home, checked everything over and then said they would get back to us. I waited three weeks and didn't hear from them so I looked elsewhere. If you want customers you should tell them when you'll have their quote within a reasonable time. If you can't have a quote the business could call and give you a different time. Especially since we had no heat before winter. No customer compassion there.
Why to expensive
Been 3 weeks since I called and has yet to return my call...He will not get my business!
