So many options for exercise and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Gym facility is in the Southwestern Iowa Community College, unfortunatelly is a little small, some of the machine look like have some age but still work, they have an area where you can walk, job or run, they have a big are to play basketball, they have a swimming pool, never had use it but this summer possibly i will, staff is really friendly, the price is not bad, i would just suggest them to get new equipment, to find a way to make it bigger the machine area, because once in a while you have to wait for a machine because there is somebody there already, love the programs they have, bootcamp, i participate in it and was awesome, not a killer, but a good workout.
Great customer service and personal trainers are available to assist you in getting on the right track with getting healthy. There is a large variety of fitness programs available, many are free to YMCA members, including Aqua Arobics, Boxing, Yoga as well as many others.
Nice for what it is but don't have many free weights... but overall it's good for what it is
